Return of the Mac….

Don’t worry, we’re not resurrecting the career of 90s one hit wonder Mark Morrison!

We are, however, showing off our Off White Belted Macs….

We only made ten of these Macs and they’re going fast already. So what better way to move into a Spring/Summer that’s taking it’s time to arrive in London? Quick, before they’re all gone!

Out & About

You’d be forgiven for thinking that we’ve juts edged into the month of May. However, believe it or not, we did have the briefest of summer spells not so long ago so we grabbed our model, dolled him up in our key SS12 pieces and made the most of the sunset around Camden Lock.

Not just a pretty face, Simon can be seen in Action To The Word’s production of ‘A Clockwork Orange’ at this years Edinburgh Festival. Returning after last year’s sell out run, you may see a couple of familiar faces in the cast.

Grab a Highbury and watch a Horror show…

Clear out, Camden!

Yes, it’s miserable out there and warm summer days seem a long way off. It’s not all doom and gloom, however. We’re waving goodbye to our store on Camden Lock and to ensure we leave in a blaze of glory, we’re having a huge clear out.

Our big sale is for a limited time only, starting today and running until 6pm Sunday.

The A Board says it all, really…

New boy on the block

We’re pretty familiar with Banksy creations popping up here and there, especially around our parts (Islington.) Could it be, though, that there is a new contender on the scene? This dapper little rascal has popped up on the wall of Planet Organic on Essex Road. Under the alias of (what we can make out as) ‘Domasters’, could it be time that Banksy has met his match?

Time to up your game?

As worn by…

…Jar Jar Binks?! Yep, Illustrator John Woo has married a host of Star Wars characters to appropriate high end lines to come up with this result…

Whilst we’re not quite sure if Darth Vader can pull off the preppy look, it’s still something that we can imagine heading down the catwalk. Jar Jar Binks may look particularly fresh in his reptilian knitwear and white ensemble by Maison Martin Margiela but our favourite is the more colourful number by COMME des GARÇONS as modelled by the ever suave…Jango Fett…

Pocket sized colour

We’re no bunch of geniuses but judging by the current trend of suit buying and couple shopping, we’d say a lot of you guys are gearing up for wedding season. It pays to be ahead of the game with one groom-to-be snapping up a suit yesterday for his his big day…in December 2013. Still, with limited quantities on most pieces, you have to move quickly or risk losing out.

So to help you guys stand out from the crowd, we’ve recharged our selection of pocket squares. With our Angel store boasting 32 colours and each one costing under a tenner, it could be just the finishing touch you need for that cheeky bit of colour or that much needed tonal piece of monochrome.

It’s the little things that go a long way…

Likes from the Lineage Of Influence…

Here’s one that may have passed you by, but Lineage Of Influence have done a great feature on us. Using the SS12 Preview shots which heavily feature two of our Moleskin Blazers, and a peep at that classic Mayfair Shirt in Black and White Floral Pattern, the guys have managed to capture our softer, slightly less flamboyant side.

It’s always nice to get the nod of approval from bloggers/writers who know their stuff when it comes to menswear and Lineage of Influence is no exception. Let’s be honest, it’s also nice to read the complimentary comments at the bottom of a feature too!

An Elephant for Easter…

Believe it or not, Good Friday provided us with a healthy dose of sunshine. Good, indeed. So we ran out of the house and had a mooch around historic Greenwich. Buzzing in the nice weather with Londoners and tourists alike, we stumbled across the National Maritime Museum which had been transformed into a set for the film version of Les Misérables.  All very impressive but what we were most taken with was the elephant…

Sadly not real, but impressive (and HUGE) nonetheless. Anyone fancy a ride?

Easter Treats – Spring/Summer 2012

It may be a gloomy Saturday morning out there, but as it’s Easter weekend, we thought we’d treat you to a gallery of our SS12 Collection. We’ve been drip feeding you certain looks from the season but now you can see the shoot in it’s near entirety.

Don’t forget that we are still offering an eggcellent (sorry) 25% OFF ALL CURRENT SEASON first drop, ending this Sunday. So pick up something nice to wear when visiting the family tomorrow. This includes sales online made before the end of play this Easter Sunday (tomorrow.)  Don’t all run at once, now!

Whatever you do this weekend, we wish you a very Happy Easter.
